Sometimes you just need a focused conversation. Whether you want to bounce an idea off me, get support beyond your six sessions, or explore what coaching might look like for you, single sessions offer flexibility when you need it.

HYPNOTHERAPY
Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool that works with your subconscious mind to support the changes you're working toward. It's a deeply relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and new patterns of thinking.
How it supports wellness: Hypnotherapy can help you overcome mental blocks, reduce stress and anxiety, manage pain, break unwanted habits, improve sleep, and reinforce the healthy behaviors you're building through coaching. It's particularly effective when you know what you want to do but something keeps getting in your way.
Session options:
