​With training from the Mayo Clinic in health and wellness coaching, Laura Holtz combines clinical rigor with holistic modalities to support clients across all dimensions of wellbeing – nutrition, movement, stress management, sleep optimization, mindset, and personal and professional development.

Laura completed Level I Hypnotherapy training at the Hypnotherapy Training Institute under Randall Churchill, one of the most respected programs in the field, accredited by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners. Her comprehensive certifications also include personal training (ISSA), nutrition coaching (Clean Health), yoga instruction (200-hour RYT), meditation and mindfulness, and studio cycling instruction.​

Laura holds a Master of Education from Dominican University and a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University. Her diverse background includes years in corporate marketing management, where she led national promotional programs for major brands including McDonald's Corporation and Kraft Foods – experience that honed her strategic thinking and client management skills.​​

​Beyond her wellness practice, Laura is a published novelist (Warm Transfer, 2018) and musical theater writer, with her work selected for prestigious showcases including the Ball State University New Musicals Festival. This creative foundation informs her approach to wellness coaching, bringing insight, empathy, and excellent communication to every client interaction.

An avid fly fisherwoman and cyclist, Laura lives the balanced, active lifestyle she promotes. She understands firsthand the challenges and rewards of pursuing wellness goals, and brings that authentic perspective to her work with every client.
